This is my favorite recipe from Rick’s French Odyssey, one of the best ways to serve fresh seafood!

From Rick Stein’s French Odyssey episode 7. There is no recipe transcription for this, sorry! But again it’s easy enough. If you make this dish, please bring me a plate!
