What to write about Gordon Ramsay on a slow news day? - that’s what some reporter must’ve thought. The story goes as follows: On Gordon’s Channel 4 show The F Word Ramsay went spear fishing for sea bass. The “big” news is that Ramsay said “I feel like a fucking action man… I have got three stunning sea bass. I have never caught a fish from a spear and it’s not bad for first time out.” , while not actually having caught the fish himself. So now the “reporter” is claiming Ramsay faked it.
I’ve got a few things to say about that:
- it must’ve been a damn slow news day if that’s your big news
- who cares if he faked catching a fish?
- clearly this article was written by a Ramsay-hater, judging from the style of the article and the disgust over multiple parts of The F Word, including the promotion of horse meat
