Cooking with blood

I know, it sounds repulsive. But as so much blood is being wasted from the animals we slaughter, why not use it to eat ? At least, that’s what Janet Street-Porter tries to tell us. It’s pretty sickening, and I warn you for some mildly EXPLICIT FOOTAGE FROM THE SLAUGHTERHOUSE.

   I have no idea what you are talking about they work just fine… Only some Jamie Oliver recipes were removed.
