I apologize for the lack of updates lately, I even missed this weekends weekly post. I’m a bit busy with my personal life at the moment, but I’ve captured and encoded alot of new foodtv too. But more on that later. For now, another Nigella on the Late Show

I was browsing through my pile of old dvd backups (all foodtv) and I came across another interview of Gordon Ramsay on Friday Night with Jonathan Ross. I had completely forgotten this little interview was part of my collection. So I’m very happy to share this with you guys. This time however, I have taken precautions, and I have thoroughly watermarked this clip.
It’s from 2004, about the time when the first ever series of Hell’s Kitchen had just finished airing (Hell’s Kitchen UK). It was the only version of Hell’s Kitchen that was ever made in the UK that featured Ramsay. The British celebrities he had to work with were such a pain, that he swore never to do another series. So he went on to do Hell’s Kitchen US, I suppose (doesn’t make much sense to me). It was also the time when the first series of Ramsay’s Kitchen Nightmares was introduced. So there’s a little piece about that in there too.
